Cypriots generally speak good English, but being mono-lingual here would set me aside and I would lose a lot.Asproullahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10495411522653521782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040478389957921547.post-41955146794434028492012-05-20T08:04:58.813+03:002012-05-20T08:04:58.813+03:00Thanks for your visit and comment, Julie! I meant to politely let her go ahead of me through a doorway. Lovely photos on number 5... 'Disability', what a negative word. I have never experienced what you live, but know other mothers who do. They say similar -- that the shock and grief of a diagnosis is eclipsed by the other strengths that develop. Courage and strength to you, though it seems that you already have both in good measure!Asproullahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10495411522653521782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040478389957921547.post-31094423880019413522012-05-19T15:29:52.152+03:002012-05-19T15:29:52.152+03:00how funny!!! love the kinky sex misunderstanding! ...how funny!!! love the kinky sex misunderstanding! and how was the rooster? lol. great to visit from the linkup...i am either side of you at 3 and 5...thanks for visiting my corner of blogworld xxxAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12648229748088235109noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040478389957921547.post-13239620018175525532012-05-15T09:05:35.247+03:002012-05-15T09:05:35.247+03:00Hello Micheal,

Imagine the day she went to buy a mattress, and asked for a wanker!
As for me, back in my Vienna days, I asked people to "fart" me a message on the answering machine. And whenever it was unpleasantly hot and humid, I complained that the weather was "Schwul" (gay, as in homosexual) instead of "Schwül" (muggy). You've got to admit: learning a language sometimes beats laughing gas ;-))
Love from a prospective clanger-dropper,
BridieMargaux O'Neillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07032934305405753963noreply@blogger.com
